I am required to submit a lot of personal information during the sign-up process. How is my personal information protected?


Answer
The entire subscription process after the initial step (which does not keep any personal information) goes through a 128-bit SSL connection to protect the data you are submitting. Initially, after you have subscribed your account is offline to give you the opportunity to personalize and customize it particularly to protect your privacy. You have the option to set any personally identifying information (including your name) as private. This information will then not be included in the public listing.

I want to take advantage of the PREMIUM subscription but am currently subscribing for the BASIC account. Can I upgrade?


Answer
Yes, you can upgrade your account at any time. When you upgrade the remaining term of your BASIC subscription will be prorated and refunded toward your new PREMIUM subscription. After your upgrade you will have again a subscription for one full year.

How do I upgrade?

There is a link in your account to upgrade immediately after you log in, in the upper part under "Your Account". Click on it and you will be directed to the payment page. The subscription fee for your PREMIUM account will include a discount for the prorated remainder of your BASIC subscription.

How do I renew my subscription?


Answer
You can renew your subscription at any time. If you renew your subscription without changing your subscription type, you will simply add on another 12 months to your existing subscription length. If you renew after your subscription has expired you will receive full 12 months beginning with the day your payment is processed.

Why can I not access certain features in the User Control Panel?


Answer
This is most likely because you subscribed for our BASIC plan. Certain features are available only with our PREMIUM subscription. You can upgrade your subscription at any time.

What types of payment do you accept?


Answer
We accept currently Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and we will also accept PayPal as payment options within the next few days. We do not accept electronic or personal checks. Please do NOT send cash!

First of all, if you want to access all features of our directory/website, consider signing up for our PREMUM subscription otherwise your access of certain features may be limited. Secondly, you will be able to customize your listing with all desired information after you have created your account and signed on to the User Control Panel. The UCP is your administrative tool to use for editing and customizing your listing.
