You can only request username or password at the same time. To recover your username or reset your password you need to have an account with Actors in Ads (actorsinads.com). If you are unsure, please contact us by email: info@actorsinads.com or use our Contact Form.

(1) If you forgot your username, enter only the email address you used when signing up for an account with Actors in Ads in the form below and leave the field for username blank". Your username will be sent to the email address you submit, provided the email address is in our database.

(2) If you forgot your password, enter your email address AND the username for your Actors in Ads account in the form below. Due to encryption passwords cannot be recovered, but the password will be reset and the new password will be sent to the email address on file. You can change this password again after you have successfully logged on to your Actors in Ads account.

If you forgot username and password, you can first obtain your username through as explained in step (1). After you have received the username by email it can then be used to obtain a new password as explained in step (2).
